Privacy
Learn Anything is in early access. We collect as little as we can, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

Learn Anything is operated by Mathsy Education Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13408984), registered office 91a Church Lane, Chessington, Surrey KT9 2DN, which is the data controller. Contact us at privacy@learn-x.io.
What we collect

To stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your IP address for one hour when you submit a form. We can't turn it back into your IP address.
Children
Learn Anything is for learners of every age, but in early access we only take sign-ups from people aged 13 and over. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or carer to sign up for you. If we learn we've collected a child's details without a parent's consent, we delete them.
Who processes your data
Supabase (database, London region), Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Resend (sends our emails, EU region) and OpenAI (the voice assistant; audio is not used to train models and is kept by OpenAI for at most 30 days to prevent abuse). Both act on our instructions and protect data under UK and EU data protection law.
How long we keep it
Early-access and request details until Learn Anything launches plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Enquiries for up to two years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time: email privacy@learn-x.io. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
